Based on feedback from our customers, we created the Atik Electric Filter Wheel to provide motorized filter change. It has the same thickness as the manual model (19.5mm), and provides the following features:

closed design eliminates light leaks even in the presence of light-pollution

central support maintains rigidity even when using heavier cameras

magnetic sensors allow precise positioning without the use of LEDs

innovative hand control allows switching of filters without touching the telescope

extremely affordable price!  Included are 1.25" adapter, and T-Thread camera adapter, with locking ring. The wheel comes in two versions. The EFW has a simple push button control to change filters and a LED to indicate the current filter. The EFW-USB has a USB interface, which will enables computer control either using a stand alone program or through ASCOM. Power requirements are: 12VDC, 220mA (motor running), 5mA (motor stopped).
